Organizations

An organization is the top-level account in Novant. It owns your projects, manages your team, and handles billing. Whether you’re a single-building operator or a multi-site enterprise, your organization is where everything comes together.

You can create and belong to more than one organization. This is common when you manage buildings for different clients or operate separate business units. Use the account dropdown in the top-right corner to switch between organizations.

Creating an Organization

To create a new organization, open the account dropdown in the top-right corner, select My Organizations, then click New Organization.
