KODE Labs Integration
The KODE Labs smart building platform can connect directly to Novant to unify real-time data, trends, and equipment models across a portfolio. By leveraging Novant as the shared data foundation, KODE’s analytics, dashboards, and automation workflows can operate on clean, normalized building data without additional tagging or manual mapping.
This integration enables:
- Using Novant as the source of truth for equipment, points, and relationships
- Visualizing live and historical data in KODE dashboards and applications
- Applying KODE’s analytics, health scores, and automation workflows to normalized data
- Maintaining consistency across buildings — even when systems vary by site or vendor
- Ensuring updates in Novant automatically propagate into KODE
How the Integration Works
KODE Labs provides a native connector to Novant through the Novant API. Once configured, KODE can securely access:
- Asset Models (equipment, spaces, hierarchies)
- Point Metadata (types, tags, units, roles)
- Trend Data (historical time-series values)
- Live Telemetry (real-time point updates)
Because Novant stabilizes and normalizes data upstream, buildings can be onboarded in KODE consistently — without custom scripts or one-off system configuration.
Getting Started
The integration is provided and supported directly by KODE Labs. Your KODE implementation team will guide you through integrating Novant into your project and configuring data flows based on your portfolio needs.
